About 60 km from Laem Chabang deep-sea port and 37 km (30 minutes drive) from Suvarnabhumi International Airport.
What is the minimum lease term?
1-year minimum lease with 2 months security deposit and 1 month advance rent. Flexible structure.
Are there common-area fees (CAM)?
No. K.T. Thai Property charges zero common-area maintenance fees. Saves tenants 10-25 THB/sqm/month vs industrial estates with CAM.
Is the location flood-safe?
