Why a landlord wrote this report
K.T. Thai Property has owned and leased industrial property on the Bangna-Trad corridor since 2003. We built this report because we saw two patterns in 2025:
1. SMEs and foreign manufacturers were signing leases based on headline rate alone, then discovering 15–25% in hidden costs.
2. The big landlords don’t publish like-for-like comparisons — and the property portals just aggregate listings.
